I'm Jack Wang, Production Director of PCBMASTER, in full charge of the entire PCB manufacturing and SMT assembly operation system since 2018.

I manage all core production links across the factory, including PCB bare board fabrication processes, rigid-flex production lines, thick copper board manufacturing, automated SMT assembly, finished goods testing and workshop site management. My core responsibilities cover production capacity planning, delivery cycle control, production yield lifting, manufacturing cost reduction, on-site process quality supervision and lean production system implementation. I have rich practical experience in mass production management of multi-type PCBs for communication, automotive and industrial control industries.
